Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide product direction and measurable performance to the team, and will be responsible for the end-to-end product strategy and specifications, marketing and sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses.
  • Write product specifications, working with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
  • Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal and external teams including engineering, design, key executives and others.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure that products satisfy customer needs.
  • Enhance the roadmap with new ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new products or features.
  • Be able to work efficiently in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Passion for and deep understanding of the technology business.
  • Prior experience in product management in either B2B or B2C products.
  • Desire for creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
  • Creating product specifications and shaping product strategy to increase the user base.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
  • Capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
  • MBA and/or BA/BS degree in Economics or CS/EE major is preferred but not required.
  • Experience or familiarity with B2B pre-sales or consulting is highly desirable.
