Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the preparation of the annual statutory accounts and returns
  • Preparation of Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
  • Oversee and maintain Fixed Asset Register and Capital Expenditure records
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and annual employee tax reports
  • Perform Ad-hoc tasks from the Group Financial Controller, or requests from Senior Management
  • Oversee the preparation of 3 monthly rolling cashflow forecasting, including reporting on variances
  • Management of internal payroll process including liaising with outsourced payroll provider
  • Support HR in the continuation of the Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme and Employee Benefits package
  • Overseeing Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger functions providing guidance and development
  • Continual development of internal controls and processes 


General Management

  • Assist with the leading and development of the finance team including recruitment, training and coaching
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve Departmental and Company objectives
