Key responsibilities

  • Be the key office administrator, managing all functional aspects of the business such as IT, finance, holiday, time sheets, leave, appraisals, filing etc
  • Provide admin support for projects including assisting in the planning and resourcing
  • Assist in the management of new business enquiries
  • Liaise with the Enabling functions in the group - Finance, HR, Marketing - to support studio initiatives
  • Manage the cultural aspects of the studio - events, birthdays, visits, lunches
  • Provide ad hoc support for the team
  • Undertake a Personal Assistant role for the company directors
  • Ensure office is well maintained and presentable

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proactive and solutions focused, taking a detail oriented approach to problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
