Being part of the Human Resources Global Team, as an Office Management & Internal Communication Coordinator you will be manage Office Management´s Team and services as well as it´s day-to-day operations. Your challenge is to facilitate the efficient functioning of Parfois´ Office via a range of administrative, clerical, financial and managerial tasks. Along with this, you should guarantee a safe work environment in coordination with Health & Safety Team. Also, you will develop and implement internal communication strategies that drives awareness, understanding and connect employees to Parfois’ mission.



  • Coordinate Office Management & Internal Communication’s Team
  • Coordinate all internal communication and benefits
  • Ensure that reception area is welcoming and reflects our company standards
  • Ensure that office is set up and ready to enable our team to do their very best work
  • Help to monitor and maintain office’s supplies including ordering and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Assist in planning company´s events, meetings, and special projects
  • Ensure general wellbeing, workplace cleaning and maintenance
  • Guarantee a safe work environment in coordination with Health & Safety Team
  • Assist on resolving office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues



  • Previous experience as Office Manager or in a similar position
  • Health and Safety degree (is a plus)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • High standards, straight in interactions, pragmatic as well as reliable
