Brown Thomas Dublin are currently looking for an Administrator to join their Creative Department on a full-time permanent basis.

The role will predominantly involve providing administrative support to the Brown Thomas creative team in particular to the Creative Operations Manager. This role requires an experienced administrator with a creative flair who can work well in a fast pace, dynamic environment whilst maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.



  • Management of the creative database using the Microsoft office suite.
  • Responsible for coordinating creative meetings inclusive of room booking and set up, organising all hospitality inclusive of equipment if required.
  • Work closely under the guidance of the Creative Operations Manager and with various other managers of the creative team auditing budgets, facilities, travel expenses and team time and attendance.
  • Creates and maintains an inventory database on all creative equipment in their region(s).
  • Maintain the Creative Resources tape (and other resources) library.
  • Act as point of contact for external contractors to ensure timely delivery on all projects.
  • Order stocks and supplies through approved suppliers.
  • Complete relevant forms in accordance with company procedures, CODA system and ensure completion of purchase orders.
  • Correspondence through: presentation, projects and vendors.



  • Proven experience in a relevant high volume administrative role, with a strong focus on compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident and respectful.
  • Adaptable yet service orientated with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Highly organised and able to manage more than one project at a time.
  • Excellent MS Office skills with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience in the creative or fashion industry desireable.
