KNOW THE ROLE
Our wonderful Customer Service Team are looking for a number of experienced Customer Service & Loyalty Line Advisors to join them on a part-time basis for Christmas.
You will have the chance to work in a busy customer focused environment with responsibility for all customer queries, responding to our customers via email, social media and telephone queries. This opportunity is fast paced and an exciting department to work in during our busy Christmas period.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You will need to be highly organised with an ability to work on your own and as part of dynamic cross functional team. Written and verbal communication skills are key to success within this role. You will be required to have flexibility and a positive, can do attitude to supporting this busy team. You will be providing excellent customer service and admin support that keeps this fast paced area running efficiently.
