KNOW THE ROLE
Our Multichannel Team are looking for an experienced Online Project Manager to join their team we we have many exciting Online projects happening over the next 9-12 months. This is a fixed term contract.
As the Project Manager for our Online Platforms you will allocate available resources, oversee and document all aspects of specific project tasks. You will at times, work closely with Director level and Exec management to ensure that the scope and direction of each phase of the project is on schedule, as well as other departments and stakeholders are informed project progress. A background in business skills and analysis is necessary to ensure the Development Agency are well supported in their execution tasks. Third party or system partner management, budgeting, reporting and analysis is also included as part of this role.
Create and maintain project planning and execution documentation. This includes defining the project, preparing high-level plan, reporting support on budget and resource estimates for definition sign-off and ensure regular and timely communications at all levels.
Resource support to allocation sufficient time for the project definition and right resource against same.
Agreeing timescales, deliverables and resources with internal teams and suppliers.
Project Sprint and Sprint/Phased Reporting including Risk Register, Issue Register, Log, etc. Exception Reports, End Stage/Delivery Reports, Project Close Out report and Washup report as required.
Managing all phases of project delivery by milestone from Preparation to Execution to Transition and ensuring stage gate controls and relevant sign offs are in place throughout relevant phases of each the project
Represent the interests of teams to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of their relevant tasks and outputs.
Ensuring resource availability and allocation and keeping track of project teams and touchpoints and progress with representative systems.
Conduct risk assessment and management to minimize impact to quality, timing, scope or budget of a project.
Pre-empt, minimise and managing change control procedures where appropriate stakeholder boards are set up and working effectively.
Leading and motivating project team members to ensure a sense of team and a clear understanding of goals and objectives.
