Our Marketing Department are looking for a Marketing Support Analyst to join their team. Our Head Office in Henry Street is a hub of creativity, style and innovation. Having an open plan space makes it easy to share ideas and be inspired daily.

 

KNOW THE ROLE

To support the Omni-channel department - marketing, creative and PR functions, in the areas of planning, management and measurement of activity

  • Management of the departments’ budgets, including period reporting of marketing, PR and creative expenditure. 
  • Oversee the purchase order process in the department and set up process for efficient management of same.
  • Update department calendars and compile various reports for circulation.
  • Assisting team members in the coordination of marketing activities, including campaigns, events and other initiatives.
  • Assist with event set up including preparation, execution and review. 
  • Work with heads of department to create concise, visually effective presentations including dashboards for the department.
  • Provide support on projects such as customer research, tourism and footfall.
  • Compiling and sharing market information relevant to the business including share analysis, competitor analysis, shopping behaviour. Consumer trends and what’s on guide etc.

 

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1 to 2 years PQE gained in a commercial function within retail, FMCG or online.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Oracle experience essential.
  • Appreciation of marketing disciplines.
  • Can combine creative skills with excellent organisational skills.
  • Adept at creating visually effective presentations and reports.
