KNOW THE ROLE

Our  Innovation Team are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Our Head Office in Henry Street is a hub of creativity, style and innovation. Having an open plan space makes it easy to share ideas and be inspired daily.

As Project Manager you will be associated with delivering the Digital Innovation roadmap of projects which will include front and back of house solutions to meet both business and customer requirements.

  • Work as part of the Digital Innovation project team to deliver project roadmap
  • Establish and manage the policies and procedures for project management of ecommerce launch
  • Prioritize and execute enhancements, feature and functionality requests.
  • Clarify, understand and document project requirements, considering all dependencies and implications.
  • Create information architecture and specifications as required
  • Create and maintain timelines and ensure that projects follow their assigned schedule.
  • Manage the time and priorities of project teams, such as developers, designers, copywriters, technical resources, and vendors.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, vendors and other departments on project status, technical capabilities, issues, and enhancements.
  • Facilitate the testing, quality assurance and feedback process, involving the proper reviewers and sign-off.

 

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • Previous Ecommerce experience - This is essential
  • 18 months + in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Proven track record in delivering successful digital projects
  • Strong vendor & stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for new and emerging technologies
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Understanding of project lifecycles
  • Experience of working on customer facing digital products ideally in a retail environment
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Commercial / retail understanding to ensure effective, fit for purpose implementation
  • Flexibility to work in rapidly changing environment (Innovation Team) within a larger corporation
