On behalf of an important multinational medical device company with a leading position in the orthopedic market that wants to strengthen its internal structure, we are looking for a:



According to the sales targets, the Distribution Manager will work in order to keep or to increase the turnover of the company. He/she will manage the whole network of distributors and will promote the image of the company in front of the key customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • He/she will manage the whole network of distributors, monitoring their performances;
  • He/she will assure that each distributor promotes the company products in the most suitable way;
  • He/she will analyze the market, creating efficient commercial strategies and new strategies in order to penetrate in the new markets;
  • He/she will evaluate each potential distributor, according to different standards: turnover, financial situation, products, customers…
  • He/she will supervise and check the activities of the agents in some areas (South Europe and South America);
  • He/she will participate to congresses, round tables, events and he/she will interact with Key Opinion Leaders;
  • He/she will support the clinicians in the operating theatres during the first implant of the products;
  • He/she will watch the healthcare market and the competitors constantly, being aware of new trends and technologies.


It is required: Bachelor or Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Lifescience or Economic subjects. A previous experience of at least 5 years in sales or commercial roles, acquired in well-structured, multinational healthcare realities, preferably from orthopedic and spinal market. Fluency in English and willingness to travel. Clinical and technical understanding of medical technologies, preferably of orthopedic and spinal devices.

We are looking for a candidate with an analytical, problem solving and result-driven approach along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. He/she should be able to manage and to lead a group of resources and should know how to interact with customers in order to understand and fulfill their needs.
