Online privacy is a growing challenge and having control over it really hasn’t been an option, until now. ZEO Alliance is building an intuitive, cross-platform app that allows people to control their own privacy and access to the personal data on their own terms.

This solution will give people the ability to understand what personal data have been exposed, secure their information and control how it is being used.


Figleaf works with major PC OEM partners on Windows to provide privacy choice for consumers. This Partner Product Manager (PPM) role is a hybrid of Product Management, Marketing Researcher and Visionary. The OEM PPM wears the hat of the partner requirements internally, but also wears the hat of Figleaf Product & Engineering externally. From a day-to-day perspective, the PPM will work with an integrated account team to deploy and maintain partner product and lead cross-functional teams on new opportunities.


  • Achieve joint partner and Figleaf program goals, the Partner Product Manager is required to resolve problems and remove obstacles that may diminish business success; manage opportunities and restrictions;

  • Monitor the validity of the product by operating relevant metrics and telemetry;

  • Through productive, daily engagement, you will strengthen a partner relationship that leads to successful business execution, opportunities to innovate, and unmatched customer experience;

  • Engage with appropriate Figleaf resources including business development, project management, Figleaf product management, application engineering, release engineering, web services, and customer support;

  • Work on a range of diverse partner implementation projects, requiring the detailed definition of product requirements (PRDs), technical and product account management, product delivery/deployment.


  • Experience with bringing B2C products to market from concept to launch (Web and/or Windows Desktop preferred);

  • Ability to interact with European or US markets;

  • Experience of work in diverse and cross-functional teams;

  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle;

  • Ability to build long or mid-term relations with partners and clients;

  • Diverse, adaptable skill-set, including technical understanding of consumer software solutions (privacy, identity, password management), software delivery, PC ecosystem and partner engagement;

  • Familiarity with applications that support Windows platforms, as well as knowledge on cloud services;

  • Equally comfortable in front of partners and executives, presenting new products and technical opportunities, collaborating towards leading innovations;

  • Excellent written, presentation, and analytic skills are required to manage the day-to-day operations of a partnership portfolio;

  • With an attention to details, you understand the necessity to include research, validation, and prioritizing requirements, documenting ecosystem and product requirements, and evangelizing both internally and externally.
