Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager with a demonstrable experience in creating high impact, relevant media campaigns and strategies for products.

In this role you will be a part of Advertising Marketing Team, capable for setting up from scratch and optimizing social media strategy through competitive research, platforms and technical communities determination followed by interacting with relevant target groups. In addition, one of the primary goals of the role is to instantly collaborate with all stakeholders (advertising, product, pr, content) to identify key goals, insights and coordinate actions. Moreover, you will create and moderate user-generated content in line with an Advertising Team for each media channels and communities available.

The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing the overall SMM strategy, engaging with customers across all social media platforms, forums and tech communities to promote the company & product. Moreover, you will continuously research for new relevant social media channels to maximize customers and maintain activity on forums to resolve customers service issues. The role requires strong organizational, execution skills with the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical and technical side at the same time. Hands-on experience in managing SMM execution process across multiple teams and in-depth knowledge of international platforms with their respective participants. We believe, that Social Media Manager is the voice of the company and should be included in all matters which are customer - facing, so we are looking for a passionate, results and mission driven individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and manage the process of effective interaction with all stakeholders (advertising, product, pr, content)
  • Develop and execute SMM strategy to promote the company & product across social media
  • Increase brand awareness, value, accessibility on our target markets
  • Manage and drive engagement across all social media platforms and forums including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Quora and tech communities
  • Compile technical tasks for designers, translators, copywriters
  • Create a unique and involving content for social online communications, creation of a regular publishing schedule
  • Create and maintain threads on forums and chat rooms in messengers, warm up the activity replying to questions
  • Manage all published content (images, video and written)
  • Work with databases, research, analytics
  • Adapt the existing content (articles, news, posts) in accordance with various formats
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users
  • Research and implement evolving social media best practices, trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
  • Measure and report on key social media metrics
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience in social media management,
  • Experience in managing SMM for consumer brands
  • Experience in managing SMM execution process across multiple teams
  • Experience with international markets (EU and/or US)
  • Experience in content creation & sourcing; videos, images, blogs, etc.

SKILL SET:

  • Design, Photoshop, Text Editing, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms and monitoring
  • Familiarity with managing blogs, discussion forums, ratings, and reviews
  • Knowledge of Marketing, Management, Branding, and Content Development
  • Familiarity with web analytics systems, business analytics, and social metrics
  • HTML, site development and blogging experience
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
