Due to ambitious goals and intense growth Zeo Alliance is looking for a business oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our team of outstanding recruiters. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will have full ownership and responsibility for recruitment process from clarifying a hiring need at the intake meeting to that pleasant moment when candidate accepts an offer and then you shake hands again on his or her first day in the company. In addition to driving all stages of recruitment and selection process on day to day basis, you will contribute to design and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition function and participate in various HR projects.

  • Own and drive full cycle recruitment process
    • Clarify the role during comprehensive intake meeting with hiring manager, provide necessary consultancy in terms of market situation, timeline, search strategy and assessment techniques
    • Prepare and implement a sourcing strategy
    • Brush up Job Descriptions in order to turn them into efficient Job Advertisement
    • Conduct competency-based interviews, organize and facilitate hiring decision-making process
    • Write candidate feedbacks and summaries (in English)
    • Prepare offers and conduct post-offer follow-up
  • Work together with a Researcher and on your own to source candidates
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and provide advisory to them
  • Build relationships and create strategic pipeline for priority positions
  • Constantly work on diversifying and improving sourcing approaches and channels, sharing knowledge with the team
  • Maintain and update candidate database
  • Responsible for overall candidate experience and feedback
  • Build network of industry opinion leaders, university & educational community, top specialists of different profiles
  • Contribute to building and maintaining employer brand
  • Collect, share and leverage market insights
  • Provide analytics and statistics regularly and on requests


  • 4+ years of proven IT recruitment experience
  • Familiar with modern recruitment tools, techniques and best practices
  • Business Acumen: good understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements professionally with potential candidates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical mind, initiative and independent
  • Details oriented, Strong teamwork
  • Learning agility and creative mindset
  • Customer-centric approach and high level of empathy
  • Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques (experience is a plus)
  • Advanced English (both verbal and written)
