We’re looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager with a proven track record to help us develop customer communications strategy for a cross-platform privacy solution.
In this role, you will be part of the Customer Engagement Marketing team. This team’s goal is to understand the needs of our audience and develop long lasting relationships with our customers. We believe a keen understanding of who our customer is, how they think and act, is crucial to our ability to provide the most engaging experience across all touch-points through well-designed journeys and excellent communications. The primary goal of the team is to use this understanding of the audience to drive higher acquisition rates and customer loyalty.
We’re looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager with a proven track record to help us develop and implement cross-channel customer communications strategy that drives word of mouth, higher conversions from trial to paid, and longer relationships and renewal rates.
In this role, you will utilize this knowledge of the audience to develop and implement a delightful customer communications strategy. You will have full ownership of all marketing communications assets including email marketing campaigns and software notifications and you will be managing its planning, setup and execution.
3+ years’ experience in SaaS environment with hands-on experience in customer communication management
Fluent English (you're confident talking / pitching and presenting to English native speakers and C-Level executives)
Work experience for US and/or EU markets
Excellent understanding of the communication strategy creation from bottom to the top (experience creating user journeys and customer communication maps)
Hands-on experience in email marketing:
Understands emails’ best practices including subject lines, messaging, html / text, deliverability and CAN-SPAM / anti-spam legislation. Hands-on experience managing all aspects of email campaigns through a major ESP like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
Experience using such tools like MailChimp, Mandrill, GetResponse, SendPulse, MixPanel, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.
Successful case from the previous experience when you created from scratch or breathed second life into a customer communication strategy for a B2C software will be a plus
Experience building cross-device (PC + Mobile), and cross-device communication strategies for SaaP will be a plus
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems for managing customer communications via software notifications (like mobile and web push notifications, macOS / Windows notifications, etc) will be a plus
