Manage stand-alone affiliates and affiliate networks to achieve traffic, leads, revenue goals.
Set up, optimize, track stats and scale digital advertising campaigns.
Identify and recruit new affiliates and affiliate networks that would drive qualified high-quality traffic/ leads.
Communicate with partners to find new ways of building sustainable relationships through win-win situations.
Negotiate and manage agreements and commission structures, promotions.
Handle data tracking, monitoring, reporting and other related activities as needed through third-party platforms.
At least 1 year of working experience as an Affiliate manager (in a product/service niche will be a plus).
Experience with products focused on US, EU, WW markets.
Knowledge of ad-tech industry and its key market players, advertising payment models, ad formats
Understanding ad-tech metrics and advertising campaign optimization methods
Advanced English. Business correspondence etiquette.
Result-oriented approach, proactivity, planning & time management skills.
Analytical skills, strong communication, negotiation and persuading skills, flexibility.
