We are seeking for Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. Working across departments, this position will build relationships internally and externally and manage a recruiting experience, from sourcing to offer. Joining us, you will have a chance to work with challenging vacancies in terms of quality over speed.
Partner up with a Talent Acquisition Manager to attract the best talents on the market for open and future vacancies
Search and Identify relevant candidates within target companies and engage them
Create and maintain the pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing and vetting
Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
Coordinate phone and in-person interviews for hiring teams
Communication with candidates and guide candidates through the hiring processes
Work with ATS to ensure high standards of efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance
Suggest improvements and add value to the recruitment process on all stages
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of proven IT recruitment experience
Practical knowledge of modern recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices
Strong drive for result
Learning agility and creative mindset
Intermediate English or higher
