We are seeking for Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. Working across departments, this position will build relationships internally and externally and manage a recruiting experience, from sourcing to offer. Joining us, you will have a chance to work with challenging vacancies in terms of quality over speed.


  • Partner up with a Talent Acquisition Manager to attract the best talents on the market for open and future vacancies
  • Search and Identify relevant candidates within target companies and engage them
  • Create and maintain the pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing and vetting
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Coordinate phone and in-person interviews for hiring teams
  • Communication with candidates and guide candidates through the hiring processes
  • Work with ATS to ensure high standards of efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance
  • Suggest improvements and add value to the recruitment process on all stages


  • 1+ years of proven IT recruitment experience
  • Practical knowledge of modern recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices
  • Strong drive for result
  • Learning agility and creative mindset
  • Strong teamwork
  • Intermediate English or higher
