Owner : you’ll be trusted to conceptualize, implement and optimize website user journey and manage the process of building a new corporate websites from scratch. You’ll have a day - to - day ownership of company corporate websit es and landing pages.
Visionary : you’ll need to understand our consumers, product’s benefits, value proposition, consumer and product positioning, company values. You’ll be in charge of website roadmap - this is a vision how the site is going to develop a nd improve over time.
WebsiteKeeper : sometimes you’ll need to defend the website and be the content guardian - make sure that content added communicates a consistent message and tone. At the same time you’ll need to be passionate about the website and enco uraging others to share that passion.
Project coordinator: since developing a website involves a lot of people, you’ll be managing most of the content contributors like copywriters, UX expert, designers, and developers.
Consumer Research: Contribute insi ghts about our customer need and experiences to help create content that reflects the brand and improves our marketing efficiency. Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in user experience methodology, while challenging convention to ensur e we meet (and exceed) our performance goals and objectives. Conduct competitive analysis to use for benchmarking purposes. Establish benchmarks and test recommended CX improvements. Measure, analyze, and provide final recommendations based on performance. Translate concepts into engaging and strategic experiences through the creation of everything from mockups, sketches, to wireframes, and to working prototypes. Define user tasks, flows and UI specifications. Participate in the management and growth of the company’s Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC) programs. Coordinate with product teams and communication team to ensure product content is accurate and optimized for all new product launches.
You have 3+ years experience managing websites and landing pages or, Online marketing for consumer companies
You speak and write English flue ntly
You have work experience for US and EU markets
You have strong experience driving A/B testing and website optimisation
You have expertise using web analytics (e.g.: Google Analytics, etc.) to measure and analyze conversion funnels, drop - offs, and othe r key metrics (with ability to interpret the data into reports and recommendations)
You have a history of bringing new value propositions of services and processes; introducing new ideas, workflows, methodologies, to solve problems and/or bring the busines s to the next level
You have experience creating website customer journey maps
You have experience and understand the the best practices of web UX. You’ve performed different user testings before website goes live
You’re always up - to - date with the latest t rends and best practices in digital marketing
You’re ready and have willingness to take full responsibility
