  • Ownership of Retention part of a SaaS product
  • Maximization of LTV by improving retention rates
  • Creation and support of a Customer Communication map
  • Improvement of Customer communication materials
  • Finding and fulfilling customers' pains and needs
  • Creation and launch of various retention programs


  • 2+ years of experience in digital/consumer marketing, electronic commerce or relevant position in IT/Product company
  • Work experience with SaaS product, preferable B2C
  • Work experience for US and Europe markets
  • English Level - Upper Intermediate is mandatory
  • Ability to manage competitive priorities
