We are now looking for a Sales Operations Associate (2 years' fixed-term contract) to join our Berlin office located at Pariser Platz. 


Key responsibilities: 

  • Administrating the company’s intranet and CRM (Salesforce), providing on-going systems administration, user support and data analysis 
  • Collating and analysing data to enhance sales collateral such as case studies, sales presentations, product overview sheets, etc. in line with the company’s corporate image 
  • Working closely with the company’s stakeholders to create bespoke presentations for conferences, new business meetings and campaign reviews 
  • Maintaining and tracking incoming sales leads  
  • Supporting the sales teams with sales processes, competitor monitoring, contracts preparation and quality control 
  • Assembling data on key sales metrics for management and finance reporting  
  • Running surveys for all of Europe, including preparation of content, programming logic, and providing analysis using SurveyGuizmo  
  • Updating company’s trade microsite (B2B) content in conjunction with PR 
  • Ad-hoc projects to support the sales and production teams as required 


Candidate profile: 

  • Admin level experience in Salesforce (and further experience onboarding Salesforce across an organisation would be a great advantage) 
  • Proven track record in sales operations or similar, with a thorough understanding of the commercial function preferred   
  • Proficient in presentation skills using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat X, video editing)  
  • Ability to work with Excel reporting models, advance level preferred  
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills 
  • Able to work in a methodical manner with logical approach, inquiring mind and a keen eye for detail 
  • Fluency in German and English, other European languages will be a plus
  • Proactive and able to work with autonomy (remove management style), thinking outside the box, self-starting problem solver and target driven 
  • Able to deliver on tight deadlines 
  • Degree-level education in digital marketing or business preferred
