Sani Resort is a privately developed ecological resort offering world class 5* services & Ikos Resorts is a 5* luxury chain of all – inclusive resorts. As a group we provide top class hospitality services across Greece and we proudly welcome our first resort in the broad Mediterranean region in 2020, ikos Andalusia, in Spain. In total our Group consists of nine 5* resorts in Halkidiki, Corfu (2018) & Kos (2019) and one private marina in Halkidiki.

We are currently recruiting for the position of:


CRM Project Manager (Ref: CRMPM019)


The successful candidate will design, improve and manage initiatives that reinforce the company’s guest relations, such as websites, apps and call centers. He/she creates customer relationship management campaigns and recommends technical improvements to get a better understanding of each visitor to the website. The CRM Manager collects guests’ data and analyses them to establish an action plan to earn their loyalty and drive additional sales.

Your main accountabilities:

The CRM Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a new high-profile CRM solution to further enhance our guest service, sales and marketing activities. Reporting to the Group CIO Director, the incumbent will be:


  1. Project Management Responsibilities
  • Creation and coordination of project documentation and processes, developing and track project action items and issues.
  • Development and management of the project plan and objectives, project scope, F&B business objectives, with an overarching focus on guests’ experience.
  • Determine project needs and business resources required to execute the CRM project successfully.
  • Assignment and management of business resources, managing the development of both human and system capabilities.
  • Identification and communication of risks and mitigating actions.
  • Regular communication of project progress to sponsor, project teams and Leadership Group


  1. CRM Implementation Responsibilities
  • Software installation
  • IT requirements evaluation
  • Application customization and configuration



  • Bachelor’s / University or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field of study
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a customer facing consultant in a software environment
  • In depth experience with executing projects (preferably software & implementation projects)
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical and data skills
  • Experience in translating data into actionable stories, documentation and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, team working and career driven
  • Conflict management and problem diagnostic and solving skills
  • A deep level understanding of multi-channel data, including the impact of integrating third party data
  • Experience working with either CRM, ERP or similar product preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM
  • Experience working within High Tech Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Coding skills such as SQL server/.Net/ASP.NET
