Now, we’re looking for a talented IT Systems Administrator to support the corporate systems infrastructure and services, including servers, network, laptops and other systems, both physical and virtual. The role will be responsible to install, monitor, maintain and upgrade the systems infrastructure, keeping it running smoothly, secure and highly available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Server and Network Support - Manage and support the server hybrid virtualization infrastructure, as well the corporate WAN, LAN and WI-FI networks
  • Infrastructure Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance on all infrastructure systems on a routine and scheduled basis to ensure systems availability and security
  • Security Management - Assist in managing the security Infrastructure components as firewalls, remote access, physical access control, endpoints and security products
  • Monitoring - Manage availability and capacity of infrastructure elements and corporate services using monitoring tools
  • Client Infrastructure - Deploy and support a multi-site network of laptop clients using Windows, Mac and Linux
  • Documentation and Report - Maintain up-to-date documentation of corporate systems infrastructure
  • User Support - Assist Support Desk team and provide L2 support to Software Engineering workforce.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Virtualization and Cloud Technologies as Hyper-V, VMware and Azure
  • Good administration skills in Microsoft products including but not limited to Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange Mail and Office 365
  • Good network skills including L2/ L3 Switches, Routers and Firewalls configuration
  • Working knowledge of enterprise backup processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in SW and HW
  • Strong customer and service orientation, flexible with a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Some degree of national traveling may be required
  • Strong command of English language both written and spoken.
