The Account Director (AD) is part of the Client Service team. The primary responsibility is to work with AVP/VP to serve as a liaison between MB and its clients, with responsibility for revenue & margin assurance.
The primary responsibilities are to oversee a specific % of revenue growth on a yearly basis; building strong client relationships, make a proven difference to the client’s business, and for overall client satisfaction.
The Manager / Director will be in charge of revenue growth; building strong client relationships, taking on a proactive role in training the teams in Kantar Japan on Kantar TNS solutions to make a proven difference to the client’s business.
To assist Business Development director within Worldpanel on account handling current and new client accounts. Also, to drive more awareness to the company through offline media and social media channels.
Responsible for creating meaningful impact on our client’s businesses and as a key interface between Millward Brown and our clients; the role involves client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, and presentation.
