An Analyst is responsible for learning the ways of working to deliver efficient and timely support for clients. The role includes supporting the team to prepare questionnaires, presentations and reports, manage projects and engage with clients.
The Consultant will be responsible in playing a key role in delivering value added insights in research projects.
Tasked in finding and building new business opportunities for the clients and often owning more than one client accounts.
The Director will be responsible for revenue growth on a yearly basis; building strong client relationships, making a proven difference to the client’s business, and contributing to overall client satisfaction.
The primary responsibility is to manage the PM execs to liaison with external agencies and serve as a link and liaison between Client Service, Data Processing and Field for the set of accounts the team is assigned to.
