The Qualitative Account Director will be in charge of a specific percentage of revenue growth on a yearly basis; building strong client relationships, making a proven difference to clients’ business, and ensures overall client satisfaction.
Reporting to the KTNS Executive Director, this role will make a proven difference to the clients’ business by fully utilizing the global Kantar/KTNS offer, sharing KTNS domain knowledge with Kantar Japan employees and successfully delivering to clients.

Tasked in finding and building new business opportunities for the clients and often owning more than one client accounts.
The primary responsibility is to manage the PM execs to liaison with external agencies and serve as a link and liaison between Client Service, Data Processing and Field for the set of accounts the team is assigned to.
