Purpose of the position:

The Mystery Inspector and Ground Operations Assistant is responsible for executing mystery inspector tasks, supporting Ground Operations Manager in supervision of daily operations and in other allocated administrative tasks.


  • Making plan for Mystery Inspection trip
  • Control Check-In, Boarding, Ramp, Security process
  • Preparing and sending reports from Mystery Inspections
  • Ground Operation’s Assistant needs to give all kind of assistance, help needed by the local Ground Operations Manager to the:
  • Management of the airline’s ground handling suppliers and airport companies including on-site supervision at the given airport
  • Ensuring that ground handling companies and airport operations comply with Wizz Air’s safety standards at all times
  • Ensuring that Wizz Air’s operational KPIs are being met by the contracted partners at a given airport
  • Overseeing performance of certain flights, assisting in reaching the desired quality of handling
  • Management of any disruption
  • Support the Ground Operations Team in activities across the network as required
  • General administration and reporting duties


  • Ability to live and work in the given location (Gdansk)
  • Active student status
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Ability to travel 4-8 days/monthly
  • Ability for office work 8-16 hours/weekly
  • Good observation skills
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Creative and proactive personality with „can do” approach
