Wizz Air, the leading Eastern European Low Cost Airline Company is operating in a very dynamic environment.  Its Purchasing Department is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated student with high level of willingness to learn and work in the area of Procurement.


Responsibilities include:

·         Supporting the Purchasing Managers with project related admin tasks:

·        Coordination of meeting with other departments and providers

·        Support in financial modelling (Excel) of decision making presentation building (PPT)

·        Conducting online researches

·        Managing/coordinating databases and data collection

·         Contract handling (printing, sending, receiving, scanning, filing)

·         Serving as the administrator of the contract handling IT tool

·         Fuel invoice tracking, checking 

·         Regular general administrative support for Purchasing Department 

·         Ad hoc requirements



·         Active university student status in Hungary

·         Fluent in English

·         Good MS Office knowledge

·         Ability to work minimum 24 hours/week

·         Good communication skills and team spirit
