Staffing Manager – New York

OMA’s New York office runs 10 - 20 projects of various size and scope simultaneously, ranging from competitions to projects nearing completion. To further accommodate our growth, we are looking for a Staffing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the current and future resource planning of design and project teams, in coordination with the Staffing Manager’s of the different offices.
In this role, you will also liaise with the HR Manager on local HR processes, and will act as the trusted person for local staff matters. In addition, you will work closely with the local recruitment team to facilitate prescreening and interviewing flows.
