  • Installation & support of backbone network devices such as: Ethernet switches, wireless controllers, routers, firewalls, etc.
  • Administration of core systems & applications: VMWARE, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Exchange, O365, Antivirus, Active Directory, SQL, Firewalls, anti-virus, anti-spam, general and application servers, etc.
  • Commission, support and troubleshoot local print solutions
  • DNS and DHCP maintenance
  • Inventory, manage and monitor all hardware and services on a continuous basis
  • Onsite user training and assistance
  • Provide hand and eye support to members of the Service Desk
  • Identify, and correct any issues across the network or company technology infrastructure
