Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all hotel positions;
  • Preparing monthly payroll sheet for all the employees;
  • Conducting orientation and introduction for new joiners;
  • Building and maintaining good relationships between the employees and the management;
  • Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results;
  • Visiting government ministries and offices for work matters;
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource laws and policies that comply with the local laws;
  • Maintaining the HR department guidelines by preparing and suggesting human resource policies and procedures;
  • Other tasks that might be assigned by the management.


  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Previous Experience: 3 years experiences in HR department
  • Preferred Nationality: N/A
  • Language Skills: English and Kurdish is a must, Arabic is preferred
  • Computer Skills: MS word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Organizational Skills: Team player, work under pressure and result oriented

Working Condition: (5) Days per week & (8) hours per day
