Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify the Anti Money Laundry (AML) reports to be prepared and submitted to Central Bank of Iraq (CBI)  and to identify their Penalties;
  • To ensure the branch compliance to CBI Policy and Procedures.
  • Identify Anti Money Laundry (AML) & Regulatory Policies and Guidelines;
  • Ongoing Monitoring of all branch cash deposits, withdrawals, Inward & Outward payments;
  • To ensure the legitimate source of income of high risk nationalities and all huge transactions;
  • Identify the AML Suspicious Cases and report them as per CBI policies and guidelines;
  • Identify the AML reports which need to be submitted to CBI as per their formats;
  • To ensure compliance to the Bank Ethical Policy and Code of Business Conduct;
  • Reporting all employees’ transactions;
  • Identify Know Your Customer (KYC), Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence procedures;
  • Identify Account Opening Documents for new accounts of various sectors;
  • To ensure verification of account opening documents;
  • To ensure filling up of AML Client Profile Form;
  • To ensure compliance with KYC as per international practice and CBI requirements.
  • To ensure all required AML & KYC systems are installed in the branch;
  • To ensure screening of names of customers through World-Check System against any OFAC sanctions and black lists;
  • To ensure screening of parties, beneficiary banks and intermediary banks in all High Risk transactions made by High Risk Nationals;
  • To ensure branch compliance to Document Management and Custody.
  • To ensure Screening of Foreign Currency Cheques and all related parties;
  • Conduct periodic risk assessment and address the identified risks to mitigate and report to branch.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from one of followed fields  accounting, banking, Administration, financial or law;
  • At least 5 years of experience;
  • Very good computer skills & MS office programs;
  • Fluency in Arabic language and good with English language skills.

Working Conditions5 Days per week & 8 hours per day.

Net SalaryWill be evaluated upon skills and qualifications.
