The Bank for International Settlements is recruiting a Customer Service Analyst in our IT department. You will help deliver a range of IT services and will act as an interface between the IT department and its internal customers. You will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the IT services delivered and act as the main point of contact for IT service providers.
You will also be responsible for configuration management and organising the purchasing of hardware. In addition, you will act as a reference point for queries to the Bank’s Project Management Office and help coordinate its work.
