The World Economic Forum, committed to improving the state of the world, is the international organization for public-private cooperation.
The Forum engages the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.
The Global Leadership Fellows (GLF) team is responsible for designing, developing and executing the Global Leadership Fellows Programme, an exceptional journey of three years for outstanding young individuals, with the aim of developing the next generation of world leaders. The Programme focuses on different aspects of leadership through academic weeks organized with leading universities, exposure to high-profile people from different cultures, a strong emphasis on individual development and by building a powerful community of Fellows.
You will work closely with all team members and under the guidance of a senior member of the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Programme Operations and Administration
• Ensure the development, implementation and delivery of all operational processes and systems required to support the academic modules
• Work with the Programme Development Manager to design and track learning evaluation methodologies to measure internal and external programme impact
• Manage all activities related to the coaching module, including process, measuring impact, and managing the community of coaches
• Liaise with internal and/or external learning operations partners as needed
• Manage contracts and billing related to programme activities
• Manage the daily workload of GLF activities and support the team as needed
Community Management and Communication
• Lead the onboarding process of new Fellows into the programme; this includes ensuring fast, effective integration with the onboarding HR plan
• Design and manage the internal Fellow-Fellow mentorship programme
• Design and manage “Meet the Leader” sessions throughout the year
• Ensure timely and relevant communication to the Fellows (and Managers) regarding programme developments (i.e. key dates, training requirements, KPIs and other relevant information)
Knowledge Management: Data Management and Analytics
• Develop and manage the GLF dashboard to keep track of all activities related to the programme (i.e. admissions, development, graduation, alumni, partners, facilitators, coaches)
• Maintain the dashboard and create automated reports for greater analysis and ensure that the data related to Fellows is easily accessible to GLFP team members and the People and Culture team (HR)
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
• Integrate the GLF academic modules into the Forum’s LMS, with the goal of making it the core learning platform for the GLF programme
• Serve as the LMS administrator for the GLF programme (i.e. manage attendance, assign learning profiles, following up on all mandatory assignments etc.)
• Coordinate LMS system administration with the Forum’s respective teams (i.e. IT, HR)
• Track and analyse relevant LMS data (i.e. system usage, attendance, evaluations)
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree; desired focus on people analytics, psychology, organizational development, HR
• Minimum five years’ experience in learning operations, learning administration, adult learning theory and practice, preferably in an academic institution or a corporate university
• Certification/training in coaching a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong project management experience; attention to detail and ability to execute
• Ability to multi-task and operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Capacity to innovate, apply critical thinking, work collaboratively in a team against tight deadlines and deliver to the highest standards 
• Digital and technical capabilities, including working with databases, Learning Management Systems, HRIS, Salesforce and other social media 
• Strong command of MS Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
