Apple Mac Support Engineer

Apple Mac Support Engineer to provide dynamic IT support in an enterprise environment. To provide helpdesk support to users, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email, online and deskside visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support services to existing and new users

  • Perform maintenance, installations and support as required

  • Create and maintain customer relationships

  • Document work performed and create knowledgebase documentation when required

  • Deliver solutions within agreed Service Level Agreements

 

Required:

  • 2+ years’ experience providing Macintosh support in an enterprise environment

  • Apple Certification ACMT, ACSP or ACA

  • In-depth knowledge of Apple’s Mac OS in a complex, distributed environment

  • Experience building, planning and deploying Macintosh OS, tools, patches and applications

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional and service focused manner

Desired:

  • ITIL certification
