Application & End User Support Analyst
Application and end user support analyst required to provide day to day operational support of bespoke and business applications. Responsible for the support of the in-house applications and the day-to-day administration and end user support of these applications.
§ Key technical role in development team for major system changes
§ Responsibility for helpdesk queries on use of internal applications.
§ End user training
§ End to end testing of system changes
§ Experience with SQL, CRM dynamics and SharePoint
§ Responsibility for providing general 2nd level helpdesk support on a variety of applications and liaising with 3rd party application providers
§ Excellent customer relationship skills
§ Ability to solve issues and deliver on commitments made
§ Excellent English oral and written communication skills
§ 3+ years’ experience in a similar role along with a 3rd Level IT related qualification and/or relevant IT certifications
Ideal candidate is highly experienced, self-motivated, an excellent communicator, and possesses strong technical knowledge.
