IT Helpdesk Support Engineer

Description

IT Helpdesk Support engineer required to provide infrastructure and applications support to business users via a centralised, single point of contact.

 

You will be required to carry out the following duties:

 

o         Log and provide support for service requests

o         Provide support for problem resolution ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction

o         Escalate support requests through the use of support tools, either to internal and remote support teams.

 

Requirements:

 

o         Minimum Mircosoft Certification - One or more MCPs.

o         Minimum of 12 months Information Technology phone based support experience.

o         Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, Microsoft and business Applications, Microsoft Windows OS, etc.

o         Experience of working with Service Level Agreements

o         Ensure all helpdesk procedures and processes are maintained

o         Exceptional customer focus and problem solving abilities
