Salary: € competitive base DOE + Commission structure               Location: Dublin City Centre, easily accessible by all transport routes      

Position: full-time permanent - flexible working hours considered    Opportunity: dual-desking and building your own team

As a start up, Ipsus is currently seeking a new team member who can bring previous experience in technical talent solutions (contract and/or perm); and possessing an established client network will assist in developing and growing your own desk within the business. There is the opportunity of dual-desking and ability to grow your own team with this position and where necessary, we can facilitate flexible working hours.

This is a growing division and we require someone who is driven, being result oriented with a positive can-do attitude.

It is important that you have experience as a full 360 recruitment consultant and can take initiative establishing and building strong, productive relationships with both clients and candidates, possessing a solid track record of achievement within recruitment.

Role & Objectives

  • 360 recruitment consultant experienced in the full recruitment life cycle, ideally within the IT Sector – providing Technical Talent for permanent and contract solutions
  • Networking and expanding your contact base
  • Providing exceptional customer service by establishing strong candidate and client relationships with client site visits
  • Servicing existing client requirements
  • Working to personal and team targets
  • Provide updates, feedback and reports on progression of job status
