Citrix / Microsoft Support Engineer - (L2 Remote Support)

Location: Sandyford, D18            Position: Permanent &/or Daily Rate            Salary/Rate: DOE

Ipsus is currently hiring on our clients behalf for a Citrix & Microsoft Support Engineer who is required to support Citrix and Microsoft solutions for SME and Enterprise environments. This is a full-time position being offered as either contract or permanent depending on your preference. Based in South Dublin, this is in a highly accessible location via public transport routes.  This position has scope for growth and development, ideally looking for someone with Level 2 remote support experience with ability to quickly grow and develop into a Level 3 resolution skill set, with potential for project assignments. 

Skills and Experience required:

  • You must have hands-on experience, gained supporting Citrix and Microsoft based solutions.

  • 3+ years relevant experience in providing support in a similar environment

  • Strong skills with Citrix product suite including Citrix XenApp, Xen Desktop, RES, Storefront, and Provisioning Server, etc.

  • Microsoft Server, Active Directory and experience with Microsoft product suite.

  • Support and ideally lead experience with the ability to work to deadlines and targets

  • Motivated, enthusiastic individual with the ability to work on own initiative or a part of a team

  • Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

Candidates will preferably have Citrix (CCA) and Microsoft (MCSE, MCSA, etc.) certifications
