Overview of Role

Fónua requires an Enterprise account Manager in our Enterprise department to both manage our existing account base and develop profitable new business.  This position will be responsible for the management of all sales and customer relationships with new & existing clients.


Main Responsibilities are not limited to but will include;

  • Taking ownership of existing account base by managing day-to-day activity
  • 70% account management and 30% new business generation
  • Organically grow the revenue base within our base of customers
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in these accounts and update CRM.
  • Providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospects needs and generate product development ideas
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s ambitious strategic goals by growing existing channels and developing new customers
  • Generate need business through outbound activity
  • Maintain knowledge of market, competition and customers
  • Identify key growth metrics within territory
  • Manage weekly reports, forecast stock, maintain price lists and product/accessory catalogues
  • Track, record and report progress against sales plan using CRM


Essential Skills/Experience

  • 3 - 5 years' sales experience in B2B, wholesale or retail electronics / Telecoms related industry
  • Excellent route planning essential
  • Strong Reporting Background
  • Advanced level in PowerPoint and Excel
  • “A commercial mind-set”
  • Ability to work under pressure within a team environment
  • Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Capable of using own initiative
  • Full driving licence


Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Strong Systems Experience and Acumen
  • Qualification to degree level and/or business-related qualifications desirable
  • Strong cross-functional working experience
  • Experience dealing with clients in large, multi-national environments
  • Excellent numerical skills
